Expiration date is two years ahead of now. These are as fresh as they get!
The bag shown in the photos is the actual product.
This is the same loose granular yeast you find in the grocery store in the 3 envelopes, it is loose when the package is opened. You can use wet or on top of dry ingredients.
Best stored in Tupperware in the refrigerator
Please note that the yeast comes from Mexico as do most all brands of any type of yeast available. "Google" it for more detailed info on the state of the art yeast factory there if interested.
