Stainless steel mdc conflat high vacuum chamber varian
We have for sale a Stainless Steel MDC Conflat High Vacuum Chamber that has been used for Differentially Pumped Molecular Beam Spectroscopy.
This unit has a high vacuum chamber on each side that is seperate by center walls with a skimmer.
Then the high vacuum research chamber is bolted to its own table with:
* Outside Dimensions of (45 x 20 x 15 inches high)
* 3 Chamber Inside: one @ (16 x 18 x 14 deep) and two @ (12 x 18 x 14 deep).
* MDC all rotate able with MDC blanks
* Varian accessories of different kind.
*** four 4.5" MDC Rot. CFF. with MDC blanks
*** three 4.5" MDC Rot. CFF with glass ports,
*** one 4.5" MDC Rot. CFF with a 2.75" reducers to a 1.25" reducer with model 954-5151 attached.
* Also Sixteen 2.75" MDC Rotate able Conflats:
*** one with a Varian dual interface connections
*** two Varian 1.25" reducer model 954-5151 attached to a KF 25,
*** one Varian pressure intake adaptor
*** one with 4 interface connections
*** one Varian reducer with a 1.50" blank
*** one Huntington EV-160 manual shutoff.
Next are 8" MDC Rotate able Conflats:
* one 8" with a 6" reducer with a 6 inch long (cool coils) then a glass port on the end,
* one 8" reducer to a glass port 1.75
Last but not least are three 6 " MDC Rotate able Conflats:
*** one reducer 2.75 with flexible extension
*** one reducer 2.75 with infrared glass see through port.
There are 2 Varian Gates model 951-5212 that are pressure activated with cryo tanks attached which can be mount to a Diffusion Pump (not included) and has 6 inch ASA vacuum fittings.
Also, this has electro magnetic coils that are copper wrapped for a high magnetic field with a stainless steel tank.
And last there are two lids with handels: one plexyglass (19 x 21.5 x 1.25 " thick) with rubber o-ring seal and one steel (24 x 21.5 x .5" thick) with o-ring seal.
