The Authentic New York Hot Dog Vendor Cart Grill Burner
This is the authentic hot dog vendor's cart, found on the streets and in the parks of New York City today, continuing the city's robust street food tradition that began in the late 19th century. Made of durable food-grade 18-gauge stainless steel, the cart rolls on two 20" pneumatic wheels and a locking caster with two handles that provide easy maneuvering. It has three removable 360" cu. stainless steel steamer trays that can each hold up to 20 hot dogs or sausages. The front of the cart has a storage ring and hook-up for a propane tank (not included); propane provides fuel for the single burner assembly housed in the rear interior of the cart directly under the three steamers; burners may be individually controlled by knobs in the cart's rear. A top-loading 3,000" cu. ice cooler keeps your beverages and meats cold; a drain plug on the bottom of the chassis allows you to drain meltwater. The front of the cart houses a two shelf storage or display area for drinks, buns, or condiments; additional storage area is located underneath. The cart is topped by a durable 6 1/2' diam. removable umbrella with a stainless steel pole. 92" H x 40" L x 40" W. (225 lbs.)
Condition: the cart has some damage to the bottom door that is now dented, and one of the burner knobs were broken off. Both can easily be fixed espically the knob that will just need replaced. The valve wasn't damage and still turns fine. This unit has been sitting for a while and the tires will need refilled or patched we didn't test. All the hardware and overall condition looks is in excellent condition.
