Has 2-8 stamped on it (I believe it would work on 2"-8" pipe)
Appears to be in Good Shape (don't know alot about these)
Torch may or may not need rebuilding
Some bolts may need to be freed up
Look closely at pictures (what's in pictures is all you will receive)
Note teeth in pictures 5 & 6 (rotates smoothly thru these teeth. Don't know if they will be a problem)
