Eraser magnet wire stripper model L2S
We got this at the closed electronics assembly plant. I have always hated stripping magnet wire (using sand paper) so this is pretty slick. The collet in this unit will strip No. 18 AWG magnet wire as shown in the picture. From the Eraser catalog it appears that about 8 collets are available covering the range of No. 29 - 8 AWG magnet or other film insulated wires. This unit runs on 120 VAC and includes 2 collet wrenches and 3 Allen wrenches but NO manual. We have only the 1 collet.
