This broiler would make an excellent addition to any restaurant, bar, diner, deli, sandwich shop or other foodservice establishment . Some of the features and benefits of this model include:
* Stainless steel front, sides, bottom and top
* 14 gauge stainless steel construction
* 35,000 BTU/hr. ceramic tile infrared burner
* Four locking cook positions
* Large 12" x 26-1/2" lift-out chrome plated broiler grid
* Grid carriage glides on roller bearing
* Grease deflector guides grease into pans at bottom of broiler
* 3/4" gas pressure regulator
The data plate for this item is missing, but after researching our extensive data base we believe this unit to be comparable to Model: JSB-36WM.

This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use, including some minor discoloration and some surface rust. The rear, top and interior bottom panels have been painted. The paint is slightly peeling. Some of the screws that secured the panels will need to be replaced and the right rear panel is splitting.
