Up for sale is a NEW Nikon- Semrock BrightLine FITC-BP01 Clinical NTE fluorescent filter cube for the Nikon TE2000 series of inverted microscopes and 50i, 55i, 80i, 90i, Eclipse Ti series, and any other using the Epi-fluor Illuminator. Semorck filters are noted for their ability to withstand long periods of exposure to fluorescent light and not burn out! This filter was acquired from the inventory of a former Nikon dealer. The primary fluorophores used with this filter are FITC and Acridine Orange with a Bandpass Emitter. THe Emitter Center or Edge Wavelength is 529 nm, Emitter Bandwith 28 nm, Exciter Center Wavelength 475 nm, and the Exciter Bandwith 28 nm. The bandpass (BP01) set is ideal for seeing only green fluorescence and offers higher contrast in exchange for some brightness.
