Outputs are arranged into four separate banks with four outputs each for isolation
The KMD-5221 Output Module processes control
outputs from the KMD-5210 LAN Controller and
sends the outputs to the connected output devices.
The module can handle 16 individual outputs and
provides 12 bit digital-to-analog conversion on each output.
All outputs are universal and may be programmed as
either analog or digital. Each output can supply up to
50 mA at 12 VDC (800 mA max. per module) as a
0 10 VDC analog or 0/12 VDC for digital outputs.
When larger outputs are required, or some type of
isolation is required between the output device and
the module, optional output override boards are
available in a number of different formats.
Includes two (2) HPO-6702 and five (5) HPO-6703 Overrides:
A slide switch (except HPO-670x-1) for manual of automatic control
An LED to indicate output status
Optical isolation between the controller and the load, plus zero-cross switching (HPO-6701 triac)
Mechanical isolation between the controller and the load (HPO-6703/6705 relays)
A potentiometer to adjust the voltage or current output while in the "Hand" (only) override position (HPO-6702/6704)
