Pumps and gearboxes have a 12 month warranty against normal use when not commercially used. When commercially used, the warranty period is 90 days.
Orders received with missing parts need to be reported within 48 hours.

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained before returning the product.
The warranty part has to be returned within 15 days.
