Seems to be in good shape from our visual inspection.
There was of some damage to the connector only on the SHV cable, see photos.
We are unable to find a model number on this unit.
The opening is 6" with a outside dia. of the flange at 8".
Overall the pump measures about 15.5" across and 12.75" tall.
Weight - 126.4 Lbs unpacked.
