This is a shoulder strap made for an organizer type binder.
The shoulder pad is rubberized on the inside to grip and measures
The clip is 3/8" wide, it is spring loaded so easy to use.
The longest total length is 40" but adjustable to wear it shorter.
I believe I got this with a Daytimer binder but as long as your binder has a ring that will fit a 3/8" wide clip, this should work.
