Most of our units come from a corporate environment. We pick the best with the lowest
page counts available for refurbishing. Page counts vary as we have hundreds of most models in stock.
Each printer is disassembled, blown free of toner, dust and debris. The laser scanner is cleaned and the fuser assembly is refurbished by cleaning, re lubricating and replacing the fuser film when necessary. The pickup rollers, feed rollers and separation pads are replaced with new ones and then paper path tests are performed on all sources including all trays and duplexer. The network card is then tested and updated to the latest firmware version. The formatter board is also updated to the latest version when applicable and inspected by two technicians a minimum of 200 pages each. The outside of the printer is cleaned and finally professionally boxed with foam in place.

The warranty is good for the duration stated in the individual listing and your invoice after your purchase. The warranty covers parts and labor. It does not cover consumables such as rollers, charge roller, transfer roller, fuser, toner or drum or transfer belt.
Fuser's have a separate warranty which is valid for 90 days, or 1/2 of the duty cycle stated by the manufacturer, whichever comes first.
Items sold as new come with the standard manufacturers warranty.
All of our product is properly security marked. We use 2 forms of security markings on all the major components of our units. Violations to these markings will void all warranties.
We can also exchange your item. There are two ways to exchange an item:
1. Return the item to us. We will test it, and either repair or exchange it.
