This Hobart dishwasher has a capacity of 203 racks per hour and comes standard with an opti-rinse system. This fully automatic, high-temperature single-tank, rack-type dishwasher has flexible strip curtains at the ends of the chamber and between the prewash, wash and final rinse compartments. The large inspection doors on this unit are located on the front of the machine to provide easy access to the wash arms, rinse arms, rinse pan strainer, strainer baskets, front and rear strainer, and the pump intake screens. This unit is designed to clean and sanitize with hot water 160 degrees wash and 180 degrees final rinse. The automatic interlocks shut off the pump and the conveyor if a door is opened while the machine is in operation and the fill is also interrupted whenever a door is opened. This dishwasher comes standard with a 2 horsepower wash motor, a 1 horsepower prewash motor, and a 1/6 horsepower gearmotor with manual overload protection. This CRS-66A prewash tank comes equipped with an upper stainless steel wash arm with specially shaped nozzles that have large openings and are arranged to effectively scrap all types of tableware. The wash tank is equipped with upper and lower stainless steel with specially shaped nozzles have large openings and are arranged to effectively direct the water jets to all ware surfaces. The upper and lower rinse arms have single rows of nozzles and the rinse is automatically activated by racks in passing. The final rinse water line and the fill water line on this unit are equipped with vacuum breaker on the downstream side of the electrically operated solenoid valve in common piping system. This unit has a large bell-type automatic overflow and drain valve in prewash tank controlled from inside the machine. This Hobart dishwasher has a stainless steel control center with power ''on/off'' and ''start/stop'' switches that are mounted on the top of the unit. An ''auto/manual'' switch is located on the left side of the control box is used for bypassing the auto-timer feature. This machines tank and chambers are constructed of #16 gauge stainless steel, arc-welded, and has unitized welded stainless steel tank, frame and stainless steel legs. The chambers, control box, door, and front trim panels of this unit are a polished satin finish.
