First Company Fan Coil with Hot Water heating coil
Use with either air conditioning or heat pump.
This fan coil has a Hot Water heating coil, but you don't have to use it if you are using a heat pump condenser, it's your choice.
Includes factory installed optional R-410A TXV.
Includes factory installed outer case.
* Enclosure and panel included (dimensions: 58 1/2" wide x 23 7/8" deep x 11" high)
* Factory installed freeze protection
* Two speed fan operation, 120 volts
* Sloped, insulated and coated galvanized drain pan, 3/4" NPT on both primary and secondary drain fittings
* Electrical service switch, single point power connection.
* Highly efficient copper tube/aluminum fin heating and air conditioning coils. Air conditioning coil has factory installed TXV for R-410A
* Hot Water coil with installed pump, check valve, and air purge valve.
