This Avery label peeler powered on when I plugged it in with the included power adapter. The light that had the picture of a question mark was lit which indicated the tray was empty. We were unable to completely test this item because we do not have any labels to test this item with I just tested for power. No other functions have been tested. This label printer looks to be new and in good condition. Item was still in its original plastic before we opened it to test and it was in its orginal box (box shows some wear and tear) I do not know if its ever been used the plastic pieces were still in plastic I opened them up to see if there was any damage to them.
