Leica Ergoplan MIS-200 8" Wafer Inspection Microscope
This Leitz/Leica MIS-200 wafer inspection station with Ergoplan microscope is used, checked, and in excellent condition.
Options: See photos, one 8" cassette station only
Accessories: No accessories are included other than what is shown. Two manuals are included; Leitz MIS-200 Service Information Manual and Leica Scanning Stages Service Information Manual both on cleanroom paper
Power requirements: 220VAC single phase, vacuum
Condition: There is a bit of tough-to-remove splatter on the stage, otherwise the microscope is in very nice overall condition with normal wear only. All controls operate smoothly. The computer powers up to vacuum error (we do not have vacuum available.)
