The basic components associated with the microwave generator include the control module, magnetron head, waveguide isolator, and waveguide tuner. The control module is located in the rack cabinet along with other power supply components associated with the RF generator system. The magnetron head and waveguide components are located at the process chamber and are connected directly to the plasma applicator.
We repair and test the Astex 3.5 kw microwave head, model D13449 . We provide a 12 month warranty.
