* Recovered from a plant maintenance department. Needle is set to zero. Nice physical condition. It bears a sticker indicating it was set upt to be liquid filled, but the fill liquid was not filled out, and when I opened up the gauge I can find no evidence that it was ever filled, so I think it was just prepared to be filled, nothing more.
