The Ideal Truck Mount. Be one of the first to have this new and exciting concept truck mount. This is a first in the Carpet Cleaning Industry. This is a complete body with unit built into it. It is built by a Fire Apparatus company that builds fire trucks all day everyday. With this unit, you will never be crawling around in the back of that old stinky van ever again. Riding around in the middle of summer with a tank full of hot nasty water and that hot machine less than one foot befind you is soon to be a thing of the past.
This Ideal Truck Mount is built to custom specifications that we design to suit your needs. We can build it to run just one wand or all the way up to 3 wands. The basics of the body don't change. Tanks and dimensions all stay the same.
Can you imagine being able to drive through the snow without having to stop and chain up that old 2 wheel drive van. With this, it is up to you. You can have the top of the line Ford F-450 Crew Cab with 4X4 or just a basic F-450 standard cab with 2 wheel drive. You decide. The body is designed to be utilized with a Ford F-450 with the PTO provision. Can you imagine being able to get your whole crew to those big commercial jobs without guys having to sit on buckets in the back of the old van. Those days are over.
The body is built with Stainless Steel construction or Aluminum, you decide what fits yur budget. All bodies are equiped with ROM Roll Up doors just like the fire trucks. This body is built to outlast the chassis so it can be remounted down the road on another truck chassis. Fire trucks get used hard and are built that way. Nothing less here. This is a professional truck for a professional business.
The guts behind this unit is a PTO operated system with a Diesel Burner to give you that TRUE all day heat that we all desire. With this set up you can also incorporate High Pressure pressure washing into your business. With a CAT pump capable of putting out 4500psi you will never have something that won't come clean.
The body incorporates a 250 Gal Fresh Water Tank and 180 Gal Waste Tank. The tanks are polly inserts that can be removed if needed. The body also incorporates a built in Buddy Box with steel lint trap, 2 heated solution boxes that auto fill and heat if needed. A 3 way valve gives you the option of selecting the chemical you need or both.
The body has 2 electric reels in the back each capable of carrying 200 ft of 2" hose. Up front there are 3 live reels 2 being pressure lines and the other being a water fill hose.
The compartments have been carefully laid out to offer the most storage for this size unit. It allows room for a portable or multiple air movers. It also has conveinent Chemical storage as well as a ton of room for all the tools of the trade.
You are probably wondering what size blower. This is your decision. We can advise which way to go but in the end it all comes down to your needs. We build each unit from the ground up.

[A] The following warranty will apply to new All-Aluminum Rescue Body/Equipment built by Swab Wagon Company, Inc. (hereafter referred to as SWAB).
[B1] Body Framing/Crossmembers Compartment/Body Doors
Exterior/Interior Panels Treadplate Panels/Trim
[C] Corrosion Warranty - (5) five years (60) months from date of delivery to original owner for 100% of expense to perform required replacement/repairs to correct defects in exterior/interior body finish against corrosion damaged caused by reaction between dissimilar metals and/or defects in undercoating, caulking and/or painting process.
[D1] 12 Volt Wiring Generator/Pump Installation(s)
110/220 Volt Wiring Lighting Installation(s)
Upholstery/Trim Exterior/Interior Paint
Hardware/Plating/Fasteners Tread Plate Trim Panels
Windows (Excluding Glazing) Lettering/Striping
[E] Warranty Policy/ Procedure(s):
[F] Upon notification, SWAB will perform required repair/replacement work under the following procedures. SWAB reserves the right to stipulate which procedure warranty work will be performed by.
[F3] At SWAB plant in Elizabethville, PA in which case the unit will be returned to SWAB at owners expense.
As for the Ideal Warranty. We cover all mechanical aspects of body that does not include what SWAB wagon has done. All mechanical equipment is covered under manufacture warranty. Ideal covers all labor for a period of 2 years from date of delivery.
