This MaxiFalls 3000 pump CAN and WILL pay for itself in power $avings, in many cases in less than just 1 year depending on the pump you are replacing it with. We have used these pumps here at our farm for almost a decade in 24/7 service. This is a BRAND NEW pump & INCLUDES a 18 month mfgr's Warranty! Plumbing ports are standard 1.5" pipe threads and should be used with 1.5" OR LARGER plumbing pipe. If you use this pump with smaller pipe - due to the "friction loss" you will see a large drop in performance due to the massive volume of water this pump is designed to move at low pressures. This is a Great pump (ONE OF THE WORLDS BEST) for pumping water up to a Waterfall or for pumping water into Fish Ponds or other Open discharge or Aeration applications, etc. We have used Several of these PUMPS at our Fish Farm for over 2 years now and they have basically paid for themselves due to the $avings in electrical costs down from the PUMPS we replaced them with!!!
