High traffic network of 4 link directory websites
I am selling 4 of my high traffic, link directory sites. This is a quick 3 day sale, simply because I'm all about a quick sale right now. I won't go into the reasons why i'm selling these sites so cheaply and pushing them so quickly, because it's irrelevant (hope I spelled that right?). I just wanted to explain why I'm selling the sites in 4 days instead of the normal two weeks or so that most people do. Now, don't be fooled, I am claiming no profit on these sites, but these sites have made money in the past with VERY little effort. But, I have not even attempted to make ANY money with the sites in over two or three months at least or more, and have done NOTHING to drive traffic to the sites in at least half a year. I put that the sites get 7500 uniques a month, that is a conservative estimate. Each site gets anywhere from 60-150 uniques a day, so i used a lower estimate just to be safe.
One thing i want to point out is this: If someone were to come on flippa and sell sites just like the ones i'm selling, but let's just say they were brand new, with no links or no traffic to them yet, they would probably sell for at least 30 or 40 a site, BUT, I am selling sites that have thousands of links on them and get thousands of uniques and pageviews a month! This is THE best deal you'll ever find on flippa. Below I will list every single one of the sites i'm selling, and i'm also going to show you what websiteoutlook.com has to say about what the sites are worth, and i'm also going to show you how many links each site has on it at the present time. Unfortunately, I do not have this site set-up on analytics or different affiliate codes, but with WebsiteOutlook's estimates above, the volume of traffic levels per Alexa, and the number of featured links already on the site, I think $20 per month is a fair representation. I have made over 8 bucks a month per site with the sites above in the past, without much effort.
The possibilities are endless for a well advertised website network like this.
This site network is currently hosted with York PA Hosting. You may keep it here for $20 per month OR you may move it elsewhere. If you are moving the site it is 100% up to you to move it. I will not transfer the site for you.
Please note that a directory netowrk, with this much traffic tends to demand a lot of resources from a server. You may be best to leave it where it is, but if you feel your host can handle it feel free to move. I will give the new owner 7 days from the date of transfer to complete the move. if they choose to do so.

Please see above references to links added per site. Like I said most of the sites get around 75-200 uniques a day per site, but I will show you if you pay BIN how to triple that traffic very easily. I will NOT share my traffic methods, but it is very targeted traffic. The traffic i have coming to the site now is from stuff i did almost a year ago.

Check all your reciprocal link partners (if using this feature) to see if they are still linking to you.
In both checks you may elect to set links that don't validate to inactive.
Check all your links to make sure they are valid. Spider also follows 301s and 302s.

Reciprocal Links can be required if you wish. If required, then when they click submit it spiders their site to make sure the link exists.
