Farmer's grain separator

Grain Separator for the Farming Industry
This machine has just been introduced to the US market. It has been marketed in Europe for the past ten years and is finally making its way to the US.
This new machine (as this machine is new to the market there are no used machines available) is a grain separator for the farm industry. . The grain separator pictured is the smallest of several models.
Once the grain is harvested, it is loaded into the machine hopper. A vibratory feed then takes the grain from the hopper and sends it through the separator. The various foreign materials that are mixed with the grain are then separated from the grain. There are six levels of separation, right down to the smallest particle which is dust, which is removed via the cyclone at the end of the line. The processed grain and the waste product are deposited in bags (not the ones shown in the photos as these are simple plastic bags used for demonstration purposes only). The bags are attached to the machine and once full are removed for proper distribution and/or disposal. The machine is simple to operate and is completely adjustable for speed of operation and grain size.
One of the major advantages of this new design is that it can process grain that is either wet or dry. The advantage is that time is saved as you don t have to dry the crop prior to processing.
Grains that can be separated after harvesting are corn, wheat, oats, rye, barley, soybeans and flax. The grain to be separated can be grain which is designated for human consumption or it can be grain which is designated for animal consumption.
