The end flange has been modified and needs work for it to be usable. End flange was aluminum welded to the end gun section, but not very well, seal-able with torr-seal though. These came off of a Nanometrics quick scan or stereo scan microscope.
The emitter is Schottky or cold field. Unknown.
In a perfect setup the resolution is 20nm. It is probably 20nm to 30nm on most isolated chambers.
