In normal situation, we will not consider that a package is lost until 3.5 weeks after we dispatch it. If you really insist on having your mail before a certain date, you shall add an extra USD 2 / GBP 1 for registered mail. Or else, we will process your purchase as normal which means even if we resend your item in case of loss of mail (which is very unlikely), you won't be able to receive your item until then, and your refusal to use registered mail service means you are absolutely OK with this arrangement.
